During a day sailing everyone learns how to navigate, trim sails and basic boat handling skills. The whole team will benefit from developing decision making, better communication, leadership skills and developing more self-confidence. There is a real feeling of camaraderie that can be carried over to the workplace, creating a happier work force!

Itinerary

• Welcome on board from the skipper.
• Hot and cold drinks available.
• Briefing on the day’s programme. Yacht familiarisation and safety procedures.
• Depart for morning sail, sail training, helming techniques and briefing on navigation.
• Arrive at next harbour or Bay.
• Lunch.
• Allocation of individual duties. Team building games.
• Return to Marina for debriefing.
• Guest’s depart/photographs.

This experience is not suitable for spectators.

What to wear
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Waterproof clothing may be necessary. Flat soled shoes / trainers that are not slippery are required. Jeans are not suitable. Sunglasses are recommended.
