Your shiatsu practitioner will use their palms, fingers, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to work on your body’s acupuncture points; this will help to balance the energy flow and strengthen your vital organs. This is a deep muscle tissue massage, which aids deep relaxation in the body.

You will be greeted at reception and asked to complete a medical questionnaire.
Your treatment will take place on a padded mat on the floor.
