Five one-on-one 1 hour fitness training sessions. With fully qualified and insured fitness instructors, our personal trainers will expertly guide you through the vast mindfield of personal training and give you the guidance needed to reach your ultimate fitness goals. Utilising the most advanced exercise techniques designed, we will ensure that you get the maximum results in the minimum amount of time. Your day will start with a full health and fitness assessment by your personal trainer, who will then create a balanced and effective fitness programme for you to complete over a period of five sessions, giving you a firm introduction as to what you may need to do in order to achieve those fitness levels that you desire.
