Learn how to safely massage your baby. You will be shown touch relaxation techniques and gentle movements. These skills can give you the chance to assist in alleviating or eliminating ailments, so that both of you can enjoy life to the full.

There are many great benefits to a baby massage; relief from wind, colic and teething pains, aids relaxation for baby to regulate sleep, reduces stress and at the same time stimulates muscle tone; supporting digestion and the immune system. It also helps to improve bonding and communication through this close interaction.

If your baby has or is experiencing any health difficulties before the massage, e.g. coughing, cold, excess mucus, please check and receive an “all clear” from your doctor or mid-wife before taking part in this experience. A written doctors note may be required. Failure to do so may delay your gift experience.
