Calling all sushi lovers! If you have ever wanted to learn how to make delicious sushi rolls, miso soup and everyone’s favourite tempura, then this cooking class is perfect. Learn special cooking secrets, Japanese culinary language and presentation and then impress your friends and family with your new cooking skills!
Japanese cuisine is known for its simplicity and seasoned freshness; it tastes good but it is also very beneficial for your health.
During your class you will learn how to make sushi rolls and cook sushi rice; you will also learn how to choose quality seafood for sashimi and will be given a fish filleting demonstration.
At the end of the day you will receive a certificate and a sushi mat with recipes to take home and to get you started in your new hobby as a home sushi chef!
