This is an exclusive session with a French classically trained chef and entirely bespoke to your likes and dislikes. These classes are not a demonstration, but full hands on cookery experience. Whether you are a beginner or experienced cook we can teach you how to bring recipes alive and create unforgettable food experiences!

Seared scallops, wild mushrooms and cranberry vodka dip or salmon bisque with Dijon mustard soufflé.

Roast monkfish with pancetta and red wine sauce or pan fried duck breast on potatoes of dauphinoise.

Classic crème brulee or muscovado caramelized banana and amaretto crumble.

Itinerary

11:00 - Arrival of your personal chef – set up.
11:30 - Introduction to food hygiene and health and safety.
11:45 – Demonstration of the correct usage of knives.
12:00 - Food planning and preparation.
13:00 - Cooking, presentation and garnishing.
16:00 – Food service and tasting.
17:30 - Finish - receive certificate, Just Candy apron and recipes of the day.
