We will teach you a little about Caribbean food history and with your private chef you will learn how to create real exotic tasting food! We’ll bring the reggae music and the rum, all you have to do is enjoy!

Itinerary
• 11:00 - Arrival of your personal chef – set up.
• 11:30 - Introduction to food hygiene and health and safety.
• 11:45 – Demonstration of the correct use of knives.
• 12:00 - Food history, planning and preparation.
• 13:00 - Cooking, presentation and garnishing.
• 16:00 – Food service and tasting.
• 16:30 - Finish - receive certificate, Just Candy apron and recipes of the day.
